Return and Exchange Policy

1. Right to Return or Exchange
According to the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, you have the right to return or exchange purchased products within 14 calendar days from the date of payment (excluding the day of purchase), with the receipt or invoice.

2. General Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must:

• be unused;

• show no signs of wear, washing, dirt, or damage;

• be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

Partial or full return/exchange of the order is allowed.
Products must be shipped via the courier service "___" without cash-on-delivery, and the shipping cost is covered by the customer.

3. Product Exchange
If the product requested for exchange is not available in stock, we will refund its value.
The product must meet all the general conditions above.

4. Product Return
If you paid online by bank card, the refund will be made exclusively to the same card.

We also accept returns in the following special cases:

• the order was delivered incorrectly;

• the product is defective or does not match the description.

In such cases, Oldcom covers the return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned item.
