Orders can be placed 24/7 directly on our website.

How do we deliver?
We work with Nova Poshta to ensure fast and secure deliveries.
Once the order is confirmed by our operator, dispatch is done within:

• 1–2 working days in Chișinău

• 1–5 working days in other parts of Moldova

Delivery cost

• 50 MDL – within Chișinău municipality

• 70 MDL – in other localities of Moldova
  FREE delivery:

• for orders over 500 MDL in Chișinău

• for orders over 700 MDL outside the capital

Courier delivery details
The package will be delivered directly to your door, at the address provided.
The courier will contact you by phone before delivery.
Can’t receive the package on the day of delivery? Please inform the operator or courier in advance.
For repeated deliveries (if the first attempt fails):

• 50 MDL in Chișinău and 70 MDL in other regions

Important information
Deliveries to Transnistria (left bank of the Dniester) are temporarily suspended due to epidemiological conditions and local restrictions.
If we can’t reach you for confirmation, your order may be delayed.

Prices & returns
Prices on the website are identical to those in OLDCOM physical stores.
You can leave a delivery note in the order (e.g., preferred day, time, etc.).
Products can be returned within 14 days, according to our return policy.
